BoxRaceBrazil hosted the Mustang spec race at Potrero de los Funes on 25JAN2014. At this beautiful track we witnessed a battle between Bailey and a number of other competitors throughout the race. Starting right in the middle of the pack at 9th position Bailey was able to hold off a number of faster drivers as he made his Mustang very “wide” down the straights and in the turns.
“I knew that if these guys got by me they would just run away.” -Bailey
Due to his pit stop strategy Bailey was able to gain a slight advantage over those who were trying to get past him before the pit stop rotation. The battles lasted all the way to the end of the rave where Bailey finished 6th. After the race we were able to confirm that Bailey was indeed listening to the Live Daytona 24hr Race feed during his drive.
